New season sampling - Part 2

Here's part two of my sneak peak ahead at what's going to be hitting my wardrobe this AW14.

Country Road check knit, Sportsgirl PU pleated skirt, Witchery pony hair Phillipa loafer,
Witchery trumpet skirt, Alexander Wang Thea Chelsea booties, Seed Heritage oversized check coat, Country Road stretch leather pants

If you read part one of this post you'll know I've tried to stick to Aussie designers who are just launching their new AW14 campaigns...so yes the Alexander Wang boots are a bit of a cheat but THEY ARE AMAZING so I don't really care. Sos. After foolishly failing to pick up an uncanny imitation of said boots in Heathrow's Zara a few months ago (for a fraction of the price) I have been kicking myself ever since. Moral of the story ladies - always buy it. However I will be keeping an eye out for anything else I can find along the same lines at a reasonable price and will report back if successful!

Previous posts will attest to my love of leather so that's a no brainer here really, I am dying for some decent leather pants and hoping I can find a pair more suited to my budget than the gorgeous CR ones. I also love the contrast of girly, schoolgirl pleats with tough leather in the Sportsgirl skirt and would team it with an oversized knit rollneck and the Witchery loafers.

White is chic any time of the year but in Winter it is easier to avoid the potential 'St Tropez/slightly gaudy/little bit OTT Liz Hurley' look which can be conjured when white jeans go bad. Have a look at my Pinterest board for some more winter white inspiration.
