Burnt orange comfort

I picked these up in a last-minute dash to Zara before I left London on a recent two week trip to visit my family and friends. I felt a strange sense of panic that I wouldn't be near a decent Zara again for a while and therefore justified another (10th?) visit to my mecca before I left for Melbourne.
Zara trousers

Proof that quick buys are often the best, I have fallen head over heels for these gorgeous burnt orange pyjama style trousers and cannot wait to wear them more once the weather heats up a bit here in the Southern Hemisphere. They've got a heavier feel to them than most pyjama styles I've seen which I love because they hang better and are much more flattering.

I did manage to get one wear in though-they were perfect in-flight wear for my 24 hour journey home. With a relaxed fit and drawstring waist, I felt comfortable (without feeling like a hobo) and chic the whole way home.

I paired them with an old over-sized metallic knit from Topshop and my trusty converse but I think they'll be great with an essential grey tee come spring time.
